Today I tell you about the food that I like.
I think that my favourite food choice change for periods. Some time ago my favorite food was the fries and ate a lot of fries everyday -literally-, my friends joked with my addiction for fries because it was amazing! haha
After, my favorite food was the pizza, principally the neapolitan pizza, I would can eat a lot of it but I try keep control.
Now, I am trying to eat more healthily and I've avoided the fries and pizza and I think that my favourite food is the asian food.
Always I liked the soup and noodles, as "porotos con riendas" and some time ago meet the asian food, principally the ramen. I think that is very healthy and nutritious for vegetarians. Mix many vegetables and meat is not essential.
I love eat japanese ramen and learned to cook it, sometimes I cook it with rice noodles and when finish it I cook with normal wheat noodles and is very delicious in both ways. It's great because with a dish you're totally satisfied.
Always I go to the chinese shops to buy products as miso or seaweed. The ramen without miso, is not ramen.
A weekend, I cooked ramen for the lunch and my mom ate and she loved it! For this, I have cook ramen two o three times for month because she asks me haha
I like the miso soup too and accompany her with korean white rice and some vegetables, is delicious!
